Education and sponsorship: The Right to education

The need for education;

Nelson Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Yet in 2019, 100 million youths worldwide were illiterate.

Development professionals agree that without education, it’s almost impossible to break the cycle of poverty. Education is at the very heart of sustainable development.

To achieve the set Goal and objectives the Foundation has set programs for intervention in contributing the promotion, protection and development of the vulnerable children in Northern Uganda and Karamoja region. Our program Target number for the start is 70 children in both regions for easy management and creation of impact.

Education and sponsorship: According to the Universal declaration children have the right to education. Children need to be supported to acquire knowledge as their right. The education provided should be of quality. The foundation is striving to promote the right to education of vulnerable children in Oyam district and Karamoja region.

 Kango’s Kids of Uganda Foundation supports its beneficiaries by providing them with tuition, scholastic materials, and other school requirements for them to keep in school, study and complete their studies to become responsible, developmental and self-reliant.

Our response is to equip children to flourish through quality education, immersing students in words while enhancing community structures that foster learning.

Action: We are caring and supporting 70 vulnerable children from Oyam district Northern Uganda and Karamoja region. (Fees, scholastic materials, school requirements, follow up and monitoring their progress and performance)
